向Clive Palmer 竖个中指先！
Sandgroper of Left Coast Posted at 1:43 PM August 20, 2014
Clive Palmer: 1. Billionaire, with most of his enormous wealth almostdirectly due to selling a big chunk of Australia to the Chinese. 2. Is happy tocontinually deal with, and accept sizeable amounts of money from, Chinesebusinesses. 3. Calls Chinese Govt and Chinese businesses, "mongrels"and bastards" because of harsh Communist policies and actions, that havebeen carried out by them since 1949. 4. Doesn't seem to understand thatCommunist Party of China is 51% owner of every Chinese business of anyimportance or size. 5. Gets angry a lot when his bullying, head-butting tacticsdon't get him the results he wants - which results are invariably andspecifically aimed to benefit him, personally and financially. 6. Uses JohBelke-Peterson tactics to deal with the media. Hangs up when asked awkwardquestions that a real Statesman would answer with aplomb. Suffers from lack ofcommon civility. 7. Presents himself as a representative of the"battlers" of Australia - when all he's mostly interested in, isgetting his own way, all the time. Clive Palmer has once again proved he's aloose cannon with nothing more than personal interest driving his agenda.

Ridiculous. If you can believe Abbott - You can certainly believe Palmer.
Simon of Brisbane Posted at 1:21 PM August 20, 2014
And we let this man be a politcian, how ignorant can one person be. Justafter the introduction of scanning at airports he complained because he gotrandomly selected at Brisbane airport, but you can be sure that if somethingwent wrong he would be the first to winge. But at least he offers good comedyvalue when there's nothing else in the news.

Clive Palmer needs to get his brain into gear before going off half cockedand damaging our trade relations with China who is our biggest trading partner.
David of sydney Posted at 1:05 PM August 20, 2014
He has more balls than any other in politics so far. Don't we all stand upfor ourselves when being barraged or harassed by others.
Sandra Posted at 12:59 PM August 20, 2014
It's a free country. He can say whatever he likes.

Australian Politics - The Circus that just won't go away!
Double Standard of Sydney Posted at 12:44 PM August 20, 2014
I really can't understand why Clive Palmer is not subject to the samelegal and judicial scrutiny as those people that have been arrested after theiralleged racist vitrilole on public transport recently. Aren't we all subject tothe same laws?

Though Mr Palmer is fast becoming a joke. Palmer is happy to take theirmoney as long as they do not ask for anything in return. I do believe that theChinese government is buying up more and more lands from overseas via theirgovernment controlled business, but is it any different from the US bombinghalf the world due to its expansion - what is the difference - it depends onwhich side of the fence you are on, one is by war, the other by economics. Itis very easy to fix - stop selling Australian land to overseas interest, itshould be only for Australians or permanent residents while they reside here inAustralia, if overseas businesses have interest in our lands, farms, resourcesetc, then they can only lease the land and any resources that is going to beshipped to their native country must be approved and taxed so that allAustralian's share in its profits.

I am so embarrassed to be Australian I love the Chinese people and I willsupport them 10000% percent I love what they bring to Australia, I would behappy to share the resources with them, racist SOB they don't shoot people youmoron SIN SIN SIN!!!
Dave of Watching out for the Commies Posted at 12:35 PM August 20, 2014
Sounds like PUP are living in the 50s where we were worried about redsunder the bed. Like to see how Clive's businesses would be performing withoutthis Chinese partners. Where would Clive got is alleged election campaign fundsfrom if not for his business partners?
Ausvisitor Posted at 12:06 PM August 20, 2014
I don't know what all the fuss is about, the chinese also have a name forus, its Gwailo. (roughly interpreted as White Devils)
Les Butcher of Melbourne Posted at 12:01 PM August 20, 2014
What sort of bogan is Jackie Lambie? Even if Australia doubled it'smilitary capability, the Chinese would still over run us if they wanted to!Let's hope she never becomes Australia's spokesperson on military issues.
Seriously of Perth Posted at 11:47 AM August 20, 2014
Taken out of context? Please. Worst excuse ever. People cannot seriouslybe buying the crap Palmer is selling.
Tan D Posted at 11:34 AM August 20, 2014
Too many white male and females in our parliaments. Won't last for long.Enjoy it while it's lasts Aussies.
father of Perth Posted at 11:02 AM August 20, 2014
I'm not sure what people expected from Palmer and the Liberal government,i'm pretty sure it wasn't this though. This Australia, is what happens when youvote in a bunch of Monkeys. China, as much yiqing001.com as we might not like to admit it isour largest trading source and we are letting people like palmer try to throw aspanner in the works and create disruption. Australia would be squashed ifchina wanted to do something, I think it's called "don't poke theBear"
DD of Sydney Posted at 10:37 AM August 20, 2014
I just hope that China realizes that not every Australian is stupid enoughto vote for Clive Palmer or his party.
Aa Ron Posted at 10:37 AM August 20, 2014
China you need to stop buying our resources , that will hurt palme
Arx of QLD Posted at 10:23 AM August 20, 2014
They need to be thrown out of government ASAP, Jacqui Lambie and her warmongering comments make me cringe. Wars have started from things like that inthe past. And you can tell that the Chinese are itching to try out their toys.
必须立即把他们赶出政府。Jacqui Lambie和她的战争言论让我感到害怕。就像过去一样，战争会从这些事里爆发。Clive Palmer，你可以告诉中国人你渴望尝试他们的新玩具。
Minnie of Australia Posted at 10:21 AM August 20, 2014
Clive Palmer is making us all look like idiots
dexxter of melbourne Posted at 10:11 AM August 20, 2014
Hopefully China will switch their business to other Australian companiesaway from Palmer so that he sees that his actions have consequences [to his fatwallet]. Could this be his wake up call that so many of us are waiting for?
Simon Posted at 10:01 AM August 20, 2014
No wonder they don't have elections in China, tools like Palmer might endup in their government.
